The replies are directed at what you said.
Otherwise they wouldn't be called replies.
But they are not directed at you.
There is no reason to consider them as offenses.
If someone claims that he/she doesn't agree with something that you said that doesn't mean that he/she is trying to offend you.

When I said don't take it personally I meant that you don't need neither to be hurt nor to try to defend yourself.
Your effort to misinterpret the moderator's post about reporting a cheater showed that you were inclined to defend yourself no matter that there was no reason to do it even by misinterpreting a very clear sentence.

This post for example is personal.
Because it is not addressed towards something you claimed but towards your behavior.

But anyway what I would like to stress again is that someone pointing out that he/she disagrees with something you said doesn't mean that he/she has any problem with you.
1. Determining whether someone is actually cheating is much more difficult than many people think.
2. One better make **** sure before reporting someone.
3. I'd be willing to bet a decent amount that a pretty percentage of reported players are innocent. This due to #1.
4. The 'Lichess-anti-cheat-taskforce' do a fantastic job i.m.o. Way better than any other chess-site.
#12 Can't be that difficult to determine whether someone is actually cheating since according to the replies, players that have been reported have been banned within hours, but as I've said in my original post for me it's taken a little longer (a week or two) but I would say 96% of the players I have reported have been banned , so yes I agree the do seem to do a good job at catching them.
#13 "Can't be that difficult to determine whether someone is actually cheating since according to the replies, players that have been reported have been banned within hours"

Illogical.
Think about it!

Also: Do you believe people would come in here to post something like 'Hey, I reported someone but I was wrong'?
If you want to help catch cheaters then go to high rated and/or title player's pages and look at their worst rated defeats. If you seen that a 1200 beat them then look through their page and find 3 games that they have played with 0/0/0 and get at least 2 other people to report that same user. IMO if someone has reported 3 innocent people, they probably put you on the ignore list and anything you report after that is void.
Please do not reply to this post if you cannot answer my questions in my original posts, thank you!
