Who is Lichess, the organisation

In attempt of clarifying how Lichess works, @anonmod wrote

So then who is in charge of Lichess, the organisation?
Who gets to decide what Lichess, the organisation, spends its money on?
Could Lichess, the organisation decide (purely hypothetically) to fire Thibault and hire a new developer?
@Solal35 Thank you for the link. So, as I understand it, the answer to my first two questions is two trustees? But who are these trustees? Who? Who? Who? We want names! (or at the very least, usernames).

As for my second question... Could these two trustees (theoretically) decide to fire Thibault?
Not expert on french law but trustees are more of outsiders seeing over that legal requirements are met.

And assuming Mr. Thibauld is normal employment for the entity of Lichess association of course it can be terminated but by whom I don't know. Obviously that would probably kill the association so it is quite unlikely to happen
I'm an employee and as such I can be fired. And I sure would be if I stopped doing my job.

I wouldn't have it any other way!
I always thought Thibault was the original owner of lichess and it has no profits except from the memerships or patrons
Maybe @thibault is just being sarcastic about being an employee. He started developing the whole site . He is obviously the founder and the rightful owner. Maybe the account @lichess is programmed or is controlled by thibault himself. I will be always grateful to thibault for developing this app or site.
Thibault was the owner for many years. Ownership was transferred to the org. 3 or 4 years ago iirc.
