Carlsen needs to be keep training to countinue being "highest rated"...

No. If he is highest rated then he certainly doesn't need any training. And not only highest rated, rather all WCs don't need any training as there is no superior title than WC.

Carlsen has a coach. Peter Heine Nielsen is his name

Obviously, this is untrue, all players continue to train regardless of whatever titles or statuses they obtain. Carlsen is constantly playing and training in chess, all professional chess players train consistently.

That's not called coaching, rather sharing knowledge with each other would be better option as Peter is actually rated about 2700.

Not untrue. No player requires to be coached without their will. And most present strong players aren't been trained as such as it was case long before.
Carlsen is not sharing knowledge with Peter, Peter is his actual coach. Carlsen trains all the time. Kasparov also had a coach for years while he was the best player in the world. They both train(ed) often as well. Not sure why you'd insisting your statements are true when they are clearly false here.

I think this is a great idea/concept. I got paired by chance reading a forum on Chess.com about this very subject. Shout out to Jordan (jg777) who is my mentor at this time. I would like to think he would do his best not teach me "garbage", but only things that would help me improve as a player. So that hopefully one day I could pay it forward, by gifting someone the knowledge he is passing on to me. Anyone who is doing for any reason other than promoting the game and encouraging lower rated players, isn't doing it for the right reasons any way.

It's called coaching. the number one tennis player in the world has a coach, the number one golfer has a coach, the number one swimmer, the number one runner, the list goes on and on.

not only does magnus have a coach, he has a team of people that prepares him for the world champ tournament.

Haha I'm not reinventing the wheel. It is clearly not the goal to monetize this service, I feel like everyone should find someone a bit better to help him for free.

Thanks for this insight, this is exactly the kind of positive feedback that encourages me :)
