What's wrong with making it like med school, where we just after-the-fact change the outcome? Giving 200 ELO is exactly like giving virtual MCAT points to applicants based on race. I'm against affirmative actions in general since they do not actually solve any problems. It's inherently unfair to both sides. Those discriminated against by AA of course suffer. However those "aided" by AA suffer as well since they are not required to work as hard as what they could have done if AA does not exist.

I agree. It's insulting to say "You can get in with only 62%." Everyone is capable of succeeding. We need to address cure the disease, not mask the symptoms. Money could be spent on special programs to provide Black communities opportunities to learn about STEM fields and get involved from a young age.
Putting in "easier hurdles" at the end of the race for certain people dependant on race is actually the most racist thing going on here, and it's racist to everyone involved. ^This is not just an American issue however it is indeed serious in America. You can refurbish houses in poor black communities forever and feed their inhabitants without their lives actually improving because what they really need is the ability to form successful communities. Without changing the inhabitants the ghettos can never be changed. You can even give them Tokyo and they can still manage to make it Detroit if they do not know how to run a successful city.
I would like to remind people that AA also causes racist feelings. One unintended consequence of AA is that people who "benefit from" it tend to be less competent than others in the same position. Hence it disrupts the education system and industries. At the same time it makes people who work with AA hires really mad because AA hires tend to be less competent and can mess things up easily not because of their race but because of the well-intentioned but stupid AA program.
Aid to Africa needs to largely stop as well. Yes we should feed them and give them medicine and vaccines when necessary. However any unnecessary aid actually harms black Africans in the long run by making their businesses even less competent. For example you can buy a lot of mosquito tents from China and then donate it to a Western charity which gives the tents away for free. One consequence is that you have destroyed some local businesses who are providing similar products. What Africans really need is the same standard as everyone else and a free market. No I don't want to hear about starving Africans forever for mere aid can never stop them from starving. Can they provide something good instead, such as some nice African food that non-Africans can also enjoy? At least they can actually be proud and make some real money providing others products of their own wisdom and efforts.
