you can already steal heli's without keys in gta 5

1 find a helicopter
2 get in the helicopter
3 check if there is a motor
4 if yes, climb onto the roof of the helicopter and turn the propeller blades
5 If it doesn't start, repeat step 4
6 If you didn't succeed and you're still alive, go find a mechanic
7 once you have found a mechanic, ask him for the tools
8 disassemble the propeller and the engine, taking care not to break anything, throw the cockpit in the trash because the fault comes from the cockpit which is defective
