If you look at the date @Loser_Abuser got patron, it's the same date this post was created (this post was created 5:30 PM on March 23, and Loser_Abuser got Patron on March 23 as well). This could mean one of 2 things: 1) that by getting the patron, Lichess looked at his username more closely than they would a normal account
or
2) Loser_Abuser, for some reason, decided to buy patron on Lichess AFTER they recieved the message about Lichess banning because of the username.
Option #2 could be because Loser_Abuser thought that Patrons had special permissions that would cause Lichess to be more lenient about the username (but I doubt they will).
Option #1 seems far more likely and actually probably happened in this situation.
or
