Is it possible to start giving the title back again? I think many of us would greatly appreciate it. I don't know what were the rules to get it in the past, but as a suggestion it could be awarded to someone more than 1000 - 2000 games at a 2500 or 2600 rating in bullet, and less games for other time controls.
