A misleading response from a Lichess Moderator in "Insufficient Material/ Time Out /Draw"

lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/insufficient-material-time-out-draw

There are no helpmates in K+R vs K+B where the bishop can win, your response seems to suggest otherwise.

It is indeed "explained" in the FAQ, but the only relevant part is:
"In rare cases this can be difficult to decide automatically (forced lines, fortresses). By default we always side with the player who did not run out of time."

Instead of making this clear, you mention FIDE rules, that actually support @TennisPlayer2 on this one (KR vs KB). Drawing rules are tricky, KR vs KN for example is already a different case.
I would rather say the question is what is misleading here as it seems to suggest that these cases are not handled as draw by lichess which, AFAIK, is not true. The moderator probably got confused by it and replied "on autopilot" (similar questions but about the cases which are correctly identified as a win are unfortunately way too frequent).
