Drawn games happen all the time.. so aren't those games classed as 'solved' as both players failed to find the win, regardless of their level?

Let's say it is solved, you'd have to know every single variation to obtain the perfect solution. And its seriously being suggested that a human can do that, given the almost infinitesimal number of moves? If not, enlighten me as Im somewhat confused.
