I think Chinook is a or the world checkers champion.
I think it would be interesting to play the GO game on the internet.
There probably are fewer chances that an opponent is getting assistance by a computer.
Checkers can be very interesting game for internet and big plus for this site ,too.

licheckers.org, style make like it is in Lichess.
Even better is to make licheckers here in Lichess ,because game is very entertaining.
How it would look?
1.In main Lichess page will be option ''play'' There is ''create a game'' ''tournaments'' ''simuls'' and lichess can make option ''checkers''.
2.when player click option ''checkers'' then he are paired with player,who want to play,too.
3.Board setup will be following:8*8 chess board and on it placed 12 checkers at each side of board.They are placed on first three rows on black squares.
4.Checker piece is circular and they would look nice.
Edit: This is my suggestion and it would be awesome.I hope to Lichess developers that they will add this game.However,checkers are family board game and very interesting.

#47,yes,it maybe can't be added in near future,but it is possible to implement checkers ,for example after 10 years.Checkers at all is very easy game and pieces move diagonally by 1 square.I hope that this game will be in far future here.
