If the thread is not one of the useless ones we sometimes see, I think moderators will normally just remove the offending posting(s) if they are disrupting the course of the conversation. It all depends...

Nestle has instant pasta packets, which only need to be heated in Water for 5-6 minutes. They call it "PAZZTA".
The Cheesy Macaroni ones are my favourite.

You can definitely try a sandwich, with some sliced tomatoes, some pepper and cheese. It is pretty filling and you can also try different cut vegetables, any random experiment on your sandwiches.

Have you tried pancakes? There is an easy German recipe -
250g flour, 2 eggs, 3/8 litres milk, 1/2 tea spoon salt.
You can eat them with anything you want, sweet or salty, healthy or unhealthy. As you are pleased!
I've never made pancakes.

Or... well. I never succeeded. They looked like crepes.

Gonna give it another try, I'll keep you updated here.

Crepes are a very good french recipe. And I think on crepes, we can spread more jam than on pancakes, don't you @thibault ?
SPAM used (?) to be something on would put into a pan where to cook things so it would not stick. Instead of glorious butter or its vegetal oily surrogates.... maybe SPAM was pulverized palm oil... I don't even know if it still exists....

Crepe with SPAM? Don't spam my mind with such thoughts!. use butter and thin layer of sugar, make it crisp, but still buttery, it should not swim or float in butter though.. some judicious proportions of butter and sugar, and you get a wonderful crepe beurre sucre... The only thing i can ever cook, or find the dish deployment worth it (for cleaning after, I tell myself it was for a good cause, that crepe).
