Tournament bug (draw not counting properly)

If you look at my profile, you'll see that I played in the recent U1600 SuperBlitz arena. Here's the tournament page:

It appears there was some sort of error where two games were started immediately (both at 12:53) and I didn't see one of them (the second one, where I did not move). Furthermore, I drew the other game but did not receive any points due to this! My tournament score is 224440 and it should include at least one point for the draw.

One of the games was started at 2:46 PM?

Where are you seeing that?

Must be a bug on your end. It says 12:53 for me in both cases.

Okay, odd, it now says they were both 2:53 PM. For the game you drew, you did receive 3 pts.

The game you drew must have not ended while the tournament was still going on. If it ends during the game you play, no points are received
