Drawn position gives opponent the win due to loss of time.

Hello, for some reason my most recent game gave the opponent a win, when it should have just been drawn. I flagged, but my opponent only had a bishop remaining, while I had a pawn as soon as it flagged. It awarded my higher rated opponent 6 points and took away 9 from my rating. Not sure why this software doesn't recognize this as not a draw because my opponent cannot have a position that mates me even with the pawn due to it not being on the outside ranks. Plz fix this!
Pawn promotes to Bishop, and it can be a mate I think.
Stockfish says bishop promotion is a draw. A knight mate exists.

I think same colored bishops is a draw, opposite colored ones a win. A knight would work as well yes.

After a timeout, you lose if there still exists a sequence of legal moves where you get checkmated. Even if it contains moves that you would never play.
