Speech synthesis on moves not working

Is the "Robot" sound option intended to say the moves out loud? For me, it only gives some game events, like "Time running out". I'm running a fairly up-to-date Brave browser on Linux.

Also, the voice for "You lose" should be fixed, it is too happy.
