wrong rating of match with expired time - FIDE handbook § 6.9 was ignored

Hi there !
I've just played a match where FIDE handbook rule §6.9 was ignored:



Obviously there is no legal way to check mate, so should be a draw ?!

specifically this part:

You are right and this game will appear in the list:

This calls for a new feature by Lichess where you can contest a loss (by showing a button right after timeout) due to impossible helpmate .

Pressing the button should automatically play an SF vs inverse SF (makes the worst possible CPL loss move every time). If no result after 50 moves, the game should be adjudicated as a draw.

This happens rare enough that the button should be available to a player only once every week so that comp resources are not abused.

It's not difficult. Just reuse @ambrona's code!

considering people have been talking about this for more than a year already: github.com/lichess-org/lila/issues/9249
i think it is safe to say that it's probably not that easy.
