Instant ban for declining a match

I can see often a message that aborting games can result in a ban, but it seems to me that it's never a case. Recently often players just refuse to play against me as black. Not like very often, but I can't remember someone aborting as white, always as black. Sometimes it is really depressing that after playing game as black, someone is deciding to abort a game as black vs me and i am again as black. Especially if I really want to go for e4 opening and black always start with d4. It can be viewed as a kind of easy cheat: players on purpose aborting games as black (maybe with specified rank of opponent) to have a better chance against higher rated as white. In my opinion lichess should do some more actions to prevent that. Maybe instant ban for 5 minutes after such a decline even for a first time? If someone have no time to play now (after clicking search), why he/she should have it in next 5 minutes? How often people are missclicking desired time control?

What do you guys think about that?
But it is only 5 minutes. It can be after second one, but no penalty for like 10 abandonments also looks like just letting people to do that, don't you think?
There is no reason to abort games when players get black, they could just custom search to ensure they play with white. And I agree, a timeout for one abortion is too harsh. If you want to get white if you had a few games with black - why don't you just make a custom search?
Sometimes I accidentally start a game when i didnt mean to, a ban for one abort is too excessive
Ok, you all writing about one too harsh, what about 5 minutes ban after two? 5 minutes for someone who missclick or need to go is nothing, for someone who is doing it more than once on purpose to fast play another game - should work.

@loepare Searching for white only is placing you in different queue, isn't it? It is not the same base of players like for all colors, or am i wrong?
Aborting to avoid black games doesn't work. Lichess will just give you more black games to balance it out.
I was banned recently a couple of minutes for aborting 2 games.

I didn't want to play a game at all. I just clicked on a random link in my browser history in order to go to lichess and do a few puzzle racers and a game started immediately...
Maybe I shouldn't use the browser history to go to lichess but bad habits are hard to change.
@NoJoke but does Lichess care about ranking balance in those games? For example if you avoiding black against stronger opponents only (or weaker, I don't know what would be better) does lichess take that into account for future pairings?
