Hello friends of "Lichess", I have decided to write because I think I need help with the game.
First I present my name is Yohan Mitternacht and I am from Venezuela, it is not a secret for the world that my country is currently in an economic situation almost never seen before, the news is filled with daily news like when Poland was invaded by Germany in the Second World War the contraction of its GDP was 44% and that of Venezuela already around 48%, my country stopped being known for good and positive things a long time ago and that, besides sadness in the soul, It makes you want to cry because it is the reality that is experienced daily, a country where any public service is collapsed almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In short I do not come to overwhelm you with the sad and miserable that is to live your youth in a failed state, but I want to comment that as a consequence of the lack of foreign exchange and the disinvestment in technology the internet that I have is constantly failing, there is no time of day where this does not happen and it is something totally unpredictable, now it may be working well but within 97 seconds fail.
I constantly suffer from frustration (and try to calm down) to see how many games I have won in the final position losing them due to failure of internet connection. In addition to that for two or three days, lichess has been blocking me, preventing me from playing every so often with this message.

Sorry :(
We had to time you out for a while.
The timeout expires in 6 hours.
Why?
We aim to provide a pleasant chess experience for everyone.
To that effect, we must ensure that all players follow good practices.
When a potential problem is detected, we display this message.
How to avoid this?
Play every game you start
Try to win (or at least draw) every game you play
Resign lost games (do not let the clock run down)
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience,
and wish you great games on lichess.org.
Thank you for reading!
"
The detail is that the last block I did for SURRENDER in a game that was really lost.
I would like to know if there is a possibility of fixing this inconvenience.
I refer to the evidence pointing to one of the many games that I lost because of this I am notifying:
(13 moves, relatively even position, lost by time)
(11 plays, draw position, lost by time)
(2 plays, draw position, lost per time)
(11 moves, winning position, lost by time)
(14 plays, draw position, lost by time)
I do not waste people's time unnecessarily, if they check my games well they will realize that when someone has a decisive advantage I usually leave at the moment or in the next moves. Like in this game lichess.org/8yc9mtpaosYW
Sometimes I fight until the end because I have a great advantage in time, but that's not bad.
What I want to know is if I can continue to play comfortably in lichess or I have to find another place to keep playing. Sadly, my connection is a reality that I can not change even paying more money for the service.
