Correspondence game vs player with closed account

I have a correspondence game going against a player that has a 14 day clock. I noticed late last week that this player had received the computer abuse tag, and now that the account is closed.

The game is still sitting in my list though. My opponent has 7 days left on his clock. Do I just have to wait for him to time out, or is there some other way to get this game to go away? If I resign it will I lose rating points?

Just let him run out of time ;)

Yeah, I will.....it just annoys me to see that game sitting there for the next week :)
