I logged in and there is a red rectangle in the bottom left corner saying "Offline" and no matter what it won't go away. Tried clearing cache, logging out, etc. Nothing working.
Apparently it means I can't play games and chat in public tournament chats.

NVM it works! It lets me post, just not play games, see tourneys, etc.
I have the same problem. Red Offline label in the bottom left corner. As a consequence I cannot get a game. Please advise someone!
