I was recently playing a game against a player and he was able to claim a draw after the position only repeated twice!!! is this a bug or is there some new rule in chess I don't know about? I repeated the position twice to see if he'd make a different move. He didn't, but as I was about to make a different move the third time the game ended and he claimed a draw!!
