I reach 2100, Lichess gets a new version, what else can one ask for life?
a lot of things are glitching. like the sheilds are all the way back in 2018 jun.

Same here on Firefox 102.3.0esr (64-bit). The missing end sound and the absent plus/minus in ELOs seem to always occur together. The change in ELO points seem to be correctly registered though and after refreshing the page they are shown.

Bug 1) when I win (like he resigns or is check mated), there is no sound.
Bug 2) when I win (like he resigns or is check mated), the score is not updated (under the chessboard where you see the result of the last 20 games, the "white score bar")
Bug 3) when I try to connect and download several games with an external program, then I get disconnected after around 1 second or so.
there might be more glitches or bugs. As you said 44000 lines of code - there is plenty of room for bugs.
Can you please fall back to how it was before? Sorry, I mean, I appreciate all the work. But isnt it true? "Never change a running system".

bug 4) I look at a players profile, and want to see "games with you": I click on it, nothing happens. The game with me is not going to be filtered and shown.
