Correspondence is very different from the other time controls. You have a lot of time to think. However, the difference between Rapid and Blitz is only 5-10 minutes (estimated).
Therefore having a 500 rating difference is very suspicious.

Believe me, 5-10 minutes can mean a lot. I prefer playing slower, for some reason I find it easier. I honestly don't know why, but I play better. I'll try playing some blitz over the next few days and see if I'm playing as well.
Welp, it's not letting me play blitz anymore. I guess I'll just wait until the account gets unflagged then I'll play more blitz.

If you want to unflag your account, you need to contact Lichess. If you really haven't been cheating, then they will do that. Meanwhile if you want you can still play casual blitz, I think.

I've contacted Lichess. Do you have any idea how long it will take them to respond?
