bug ! report of wrong results on pgn

hello i was looking to a game on the database and i found this lichess.org/7SsByPke/black#59 clearly the end of the game is wrong this is a perpetual dont see why black would resign .

It happens that databases have wrong results.
It happens that the games have extra moves. Basically one player resigns, but they continue to analyze on the digital board and operator doesn't notice it and correct the PGN that later ends up in the database.
It also happens that the player loses on time or the games gets adjudicated for some reason.
