... rating instead of name.
We will be able to challenge these players with a similar rating.
Sometimes we don't find players around the good rating and the good game (classical or others)?

Try Tools > Advanced search.
A good starting point if you set the desired Rating range, Variant, Clock initial time, and the Mode (rated or casual).

just tried, and i understand.
not very friendlyuser (or userfriendly or useable) but it works.
a good point would be getting an online list of players and being able to challenge a max number (maybe could we be challenge 3 players at the same time and no more). the first who accepts your challenge cancels the others.
this is more a feature request now from me.

But as i said your way of searching works.
