Lost due to "leaving the game"

It is rarely that I lose on time in a losing position. And never intentionally. But it does happen from time to time that I lose network connectivity and lose on time. Often in a better position. Like here:

Losing when my network is bad is okay, but seeing again the warning that "leaving the game rather than resigning will result in temporary ban", this one I find very frustrating and disrespectful.

If you cannot implement this feature (I mean the warning) correctly, could you at least remove it please?

Thanks
How is the site supposed to know that you're not leaving intentionally? just by letting Stockfish say "ok it's a win"? also why be worried about a warning when it's not consistent misbehavior?

Also what online game can you play without trouble when you have unstable connection? (actually none)
You know, my approach to accusing people is as follows: if I don't have enough evidence that someone had bad intentions, I don't accuse.

I am not "worried" about warning. I find it disrespectful.
It's not an accusation, but more like a no trespassing sign.
