I was just playing a hyper game, and I was in a winning position. I was up about 10 seconds against 0.07 seconds, so if I had made one more move my opponent probably would have flagged. When I made my move, though, my time continued to run.
This happens pretty often, since my internet loses connection temporarily a lot, and usually I get the red "attempting to reconnect" message at the top of my screen. In this case, that didn't happen. Also, when I hovered over the green spectate icon on my friends list, I could see moves being played in their game, which doesn't happen when I lose connection. I also sent a message in the game chat that went through. So clearly I was connected to the site, there must be some kind of bug that caused my move to not go through.
