When analysing, the lines found are not shown. The arrow for the best move appears, the number of plies and the number of nodes/s is shown - but not the moves. This makes the analysis feature useless.
I believe that you don't get infinite use of the engine, I think its capped at a certain number every day and after that moves are no longer displayed. Don't take my word on that though.
You probably messed up some of the settings. Kinda sounds like you set it to show zero variations. But you can also disable the arrows on the board separately for example. Probably something like that.
The number of lines is set to 2. So no - settings are not messed up. The analysis also works for puzzles, just game analysis after game does not work.
Can you take a screenshot of what exactly happens then? Also, what platform is this on? App or website? Browser and OS? And if you're on PC, check your browser console (probably F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I) to see if it shows a NY errors.
