No more puzzle available?

I solved a hard puzzle, so hard that Lichess went mad. Now, it doesn't load puzzle page and if I go the my puzzles it says rudely 'no more puzzles available' crazy!!

same, and i lost a match from a winning position. The opponent was awarded the match as my time ran out.

Probably related, puzzle storm keeps giving me the same set of puzzles over and over again
