Easier administration of club tournaments

Thanks for a great chess site!

I arrange online club tournaments every week, at fixed times. This is very popular and we want it to grow. One tournament for less experienced players and one for more seasoned players. We prefer it to be private with password to avoid random players. It is simple to setup a new tournament @ Lichess, but a couple of improvements would be very helpful!

1.
Sharing the URL to other club players is a hazzle since it cannot be shared until 1 hour before start. This makes it difficult/impossible to reach all potential players in time - and this is a real admin overhead. When we keep the tournament private, it is not listed - and the URL must be distributed via other channels.

Possible solution? It would be extremely helpful to be able to arrange *recurring tournaments* and for these types of tournaments to have a *constant URL* that refers to the tournament instance that is next in queue. In this way it would be easy to announce the recurring tournament with a fixed URL on the club homepage once and for all. Everybody would know when it starts and the address can be bookmarked etc. This would be a huge improvement.

2.
The account setting up the tournament is by default a player in the tournament. While it is possible to withdraw, this function also close the tournament if no other players are currently in the 'waiting room'. Which means the tournament admin must be online to supervise things at all time. I just want to start the tournament - no more hazzle.

Possible solution: Make the join explicit or make closing tournament a new function? Make 'recurring tournaments' run without admin logged in?

3. There is no way to select rating limits in custom tournaments, which makes it difficult to cater for less experienced players. Can you make this feature available to all, since it is already implemented in Lichess official tournaments?

Thanks for reading and regards!
