Free programm for swiss tournament pairing?

Is there a free pairing programm for swiss tournaments (windows or apple)? I mean, I've found some, but they did not work for me... I thought I could just download that bbppairings programm lichess uses but the file immediately closed when I tried to open it.
Is there, maybe, some website where you can draw swiss tournaments? That would be the simplest solution for me...
Thanks for your answers

This is exactly the one I've tried. At first, it worked for me (although the program was not easy to use), but when I tried to create the first round, it said it wasn't able to open some .jar-file... Do you know how to solve this issue?
Uh... you might want to check out the TODO files for that project.

No, I use professional software (Swiss-Chess and Swiss Manager). Sorry

Contact the developer and explain your issue in detail. Either they'll help you or they won't.
Free version of ChessManager might be usable too depending on what you want to do.
