actually, two thirds of the problem are flawed because besides the first move which is the only winning move black has two winning options on the second move (ka5 and e4) and again two winning moves on the third move (Ka6 and e4) are winning for black. I understand that maybe the problem's solution is the most precise but in a K+P ending where you can analyze every position to mate I don't think it's acceptable to have multiple winning solutions. Hopefully this problem will be removed.
