Opening explorer bug?

When I click the opening explorer, the explorer window just has a message saying "Oops, sorry!" I've tried it on the analysis board and while looking through multiple different games.

Edit: I just saw the hovertext that says it's temporarily out of service. Sorry! Maybe that comment shouldn't require a hover, though--just show the whole thing.

Despite the comment this was not intentional. Fixed now :)
