Rating min - max filter does not seem to work

Hi,

I use rating range filter, however time to time I am getting opponents with rating lower than chosen minimum value. After aborting several such games I was banned.

I've heard that it fails if you set the minimum rating above your own rating. I see one of the games you aborted was against an opponent rated above 2050 but below 2100 while you were in the same range yourself.

I was thinking the same (that filter is not applied if your own rating is less than upper bound), but it is not always true. I recently was banned again, have rating more than 2100 and got 1800 opponent.
