In a study, it is possible to add descriptive text to annotate a particular move in a variation by clicking on the speech bubble. That's great!
However, this feature only allows for annotations AFTER the relevant move. For instance:
"Nxe4. I missed this move, and now I had to find the response Kh7."
It would be really excellent if one could also add annotations BEFORE the relevant move. For instance:
"I missed Nxe4. Now I had to find the response Kh7."
This feature has been available in ChessBase for years. Now that lichess studies are becoming a hugely popular way to annotate games, study openings, etc., it would be great to have the ability to add text both before and after a move in analysis.
Thanks!
