Non Move Tournament Penalty

Looking for feedback or arguments.

If a person doesn't move during a game in a tournament no rating points should be deducted... only a 0 added to the tournament score.... or something along those lines.

Thoughts?

It's a penalty to avoid this happen again. When you don't play, you steal time to your opponent, this have to be punished.

In the grand scheme of things, a single loss (or win) won't affect the rating of a person who has played hundreds of games and will play hundreds of additional games.
