How would you guys feel if you won like this?

Here is a game that I just played

The guy blundered his queen in the opening but decided to play on and stretch the game for 20 more moves for no reason then I made a misclick at the end and obviously he would never takeback.

I just wanted to ask how some people can be proud of winning like that.
That's frustrating, has happened to me too. But, why resign there? You were still a pawn up and should have a superior endgame
um... Why didnt you just play on? you were better when you resigned
No one is required to accept take backs, he blundered a queen near the beginning, and you blundered yours near the end.
I think move-confirm should be anabled by default, and if you don't use it to save clock time, you have to accept the risk of mouse slips, your opponent shouldn't let you have your cake and eat it too.
In any case, you were up a pawn at the end and had plenty of time left to play.
You want your opponent to resign when he blunders but accept a takeback when you blunder?

Exactly, it's the downside of trying to move fast or lacking precision or not using move confirm.
Mouseslip is a honest part of the game, it's the downside of trying to move fast or lacking precision. It happens in a real game, to move a piece to the unintended square, either in time trouble, or just for being a careless aggressive mover.

However, I will offer and accept takebacks in classical time control, because I just assume that shouldn't be a factor without time pressure to justify it. Maybe their mouse had a lag or something, and that shouldn't spoil the game.

But what could be the case is that you were aggressively moving your pieces due to their insistence in playing on. In which case, you ruined your own game. Nobody should be annoyed at an opponent making moves.
He made a mistake, you made a mistake. The goal of chess is not, to avoid the first mistake; it is, to avoid the last mistake ;)
You say he "decided to play on and stretch the game for 20 more moves for no reason" but clearly he had a reason.
you were winning for the exact same reason, yet you get mad at the guy for doing the same thing. funny.
