How would you guys feel if you won like this?

If I won that way, I think I'd actually be confused. Your position was still playable, and even a bit better. Whenever the position is unclear and an opponent resigns, my only reaction is confusion.
I would also feel weird, because I fought for 20 moves to gain back parity and suddenly I get a 0-1 because I profit from the blunder that I was waiting for for 20 moves.
I would be disappointed because the opponent stole an interesting endgame with lots to learn from me.
I would be proud of myself for not letting the opponent with a queen more on the board gain any more advantage over 20 moves.
Most of all I would be furious if the opponent tried to shame me on a public forum.
I always play on unless it's just ridiculously hopeless. I've resigned less than 70 out of 1500+ games. There's three reasons I play on:

1. My opponent might blunder back
2. I can learn while playing on
3. My opponent might get a cool checkmate he can enjoy
