Don't know if something is wrong. My one student is trying to make a new account. We keep getting an error that the " username is unacceptable:" without any explanation. We have tried many different usernames, different emails and different devices.
Any idea?
afaik that means that the username you are trying is in lamename. the error already told you it is about the username, so switching emails and devices didn't matter. someone could tell you more if you showed the username you were trying.
try Horsey192930 and tell what the result is
