Question mark next to puzzle rating / greyed out

Can someone explain why there is a question mark (?) next to my puzzle rating and the
puzzle stat is greyed out. Thanks.

Hi @patentaz! I believe there is a question mark next to your puzzle rating because you haven't done puzzles in a long time, and then your rating becomes provisional, just like how it would happen in a standard game.
