Lichess crashes tournaments

During our tournament (lichess.org/wY225qc04lDM) Lichess started a new round while the old one was not finished.
The next round time indicator was running during the round and resetting every 3 minutes.
Also the opponents were incorrectly indicated - the last opponent played was wrong for almost all the players. The result was correct.

Maybe it's a bug or the result of a Ddos.

It feels like the internal tournament database was corrupted, as it was total mayhem. Some people playing round 5, some round 6, player names were wrong.
lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/swiss-systems-dont-refresh is not related, unless the "bugfix" for this issue now breaks running tournaments.
We had to cancel the Swiss and instead played a bullet arena, which had no issues (at leastl, we were not aware of any issues there).
