Does the lichess engine rarely work and is it a computer problem or lichess problem?

I can only get the lichess engine to display an evaluation maybe 20% of the time. I can get an evaluation on mobile basically never. I usually just get an infinite loading screen. Is that typical for anyone else? I have Stockfish 10 on my computer and usually just end up downloading a pgn and looking at it there, when it works, so I don't think it's a computer issue on my end. Thanks.

what browser and version and os and os version are you using
and how exatly does this happen
also have you tried turning off extensions?
