You lost to a cheater / Refund....

Whenever I receive the message "you have lost to a cheater", out of curiosity I try to trace back that particular game using the refunded points as reference. I never seem to find back these particular games.

I wonder, does that mean 1) the subject game is deleted from the system? 2) are the refunded points not the same as the points actually lost to that cheater? More interestingly to me though, 3) just how do I trace back that particular game?

This is the answer. Or rather, they are not *necessarily* the same. If you've played games since the one you lost to the cheater, it will change the ratings calculation.
