Errors in database

The game score at lichess.org/9YNJkfWT#23 is wrong. Two players rated 2200+ did not ignore a hanging Bishop for several moves in a row. I suggest the game score be corrected if possible or removed if not.

In general, what is the procedure for reporting such errors? Of course, I am grateful for the comprehensive Lichess database.

According to my Chessbase Database, the game Cristian Vitier Vazquez vs. Rolando Alarcon Casellas was played at the 49th Capablanca Memorial in Havana 2014. It ended in a draw after 12.h3.

It's pretty obvious that the notation is wrong! Of course you could delete this meaningless game from all databases - but you don't have to. The evaluation of the frequently played opening line is in no way influenced by this crooked game.

Thanks for reporting. Removed it from the next revision of the master database.
