Chess960 games aborting. Bug?

Hey, I've been playing chess960 recently, and there are many games that abort on move 1 or 2; even though both players were there and started the game.
I just had a game where I'm black, we make the first move, my opponent play his second move, and just after that the game is aborted, and I get a warning saying that I'm the one that aborted the game. I didn't! It's not the first time It happens! What's going on?

It happened also to me at least two times maybe three.. I create a 15+15 chess960 game.. and then after a few moves it gets aborted and some player becomes a warning stating that aborting to many games can let to a ban or something... sometimes after a while the game continuos and then it gets aborted again.
