After a game ends in threefold repetition, the analysis shows who has the advantage, if the game wasnt a draw.

And why is this a bug? If it showed 0.0 it would be redundant info.
This seems correct to me (I'm looking at the second game).
The engine shows 0.0 after 40. Qf6+, as Black can get a 3-fold repetition on their next move.
However, after 40... Kg8, Black has not the turn anymore (and thus they do not have the right to claim the draw anymore). White could repeat and get a draw, but they have better alternatives, so the evaluation is higher.
