Computer-Analyse anfordern

If I try to open the computer Analyse, I get the message “Zugriff verweigert”. What’s the reason?

Are you requesting a server analysis with the blue button near the bottom of the screen?

For me it just refreshes and no analysis.

I have the same Problem the APP says: "ZUgriff verweigert!" and zhe Browserversion just refreshes.
But the Analysis will not start.
