IMO it is strange that the recommended Lichess help centers are public forums (lack of privacy), a totally different platform (still lack of privacy and needs a different website), and the appeal page (not meant for that kind of support). Usually I end up messaging a friend if I need a question answered or one of my bugs fixed.

If my opponent leaves match and i can claim victory but decide to call draw why do i lose points?

Maybe, your rating is higher than his. A draw will make you lose rating and vice-versa if you have a lower rating then him.

Lichess is not gonna make new variants , use www.pychess.org/ for variants.
