Stockfish losing on time.

Stockfish is losing on time. Not just me I see several games by other players that are stuck with Stockfish's time just dwindling.

Happened to me several times today, too. I wonder what is the reason behind this

Very interestingly, I've found that it only happens if a pawn moves two squares at once. I've tried taking back the move and play another one, in which case Stockfish keeps on playing, but if I insist on playing that specific pawn move, it will freeze. From your examples it was twice a7-a5; in mine, it was twice c7-c5, once d2-d4 and once f2-f4. I can provide links if needed.

One last reply by me, bc I think I've figured out the exact pattern. Stockfish will consistently freeze when faced with any two-square pawn advance past move five. It seems to be case every time I put this to the test.

For the record: all my games were in 4+0 against Stockfish 4, though I don't think this is relevant.

ZugAddict's trophy is a unique trophy, that means only Zug got it and no one else will get it.

@ChAkMaTuS just a joke ;) that being said, I of course want my own unique trophy, not the same as ZugAddict

with my client against Stockfish 8 on a 3+0 it now seems to work again (unfortunately Kappa)
