Where have you seen this? The last chatting functionality for Anonymous players has been disabled years ago already.

You've never played any anonymous players (at least @TheChild hasn't). Probably you mistakenly believe that anonymous players can only play with other anonymous players, and you're anonymously playing a logged in player, assuming they are also anonymous.
