Opponent times out, but it's a draw instead of a win for me?

Maybe this is just a rules clarification: But I've had several games that the opponent timed out, and it was a draw, not a win for me. Here's an example: lichess.org/aFyCbqJkCwNN.

Why isn't it always a win for the player who has not timed out? Thanks, Chris
if you don’t have enough material to mate it is. draw
lichess.org/faq#timeout
"In the event of one player running out of time, that player will usually lose the game. However, the game is drawn if the position is such that the opponent cannot checkmate the player's king by any possible series of legal moves (FIDE handbook §6.9)."
You have only your king left -> even with the help of your opponent there don't exist possible series of legal moves that allow you to checkmate your opponent's king -> draw
